Independent label Monstercat has a knack for signing the best artists in undiscovered talent. One of those artists is LVTHER, also known as TwoThirds or Lewis Dransfield. With a new alias comes new music and LVTHER can be best described as the love child of Madeon and La Roux. Taking fans on a musical journey, LVTHER uses happy tunes and jams to bring a whimsical new sound to the world.

Starting off with a series of fun guitar strums, “Some Kind of Magic” is a bubbly tune that transports you right back to the 80s. Featuring MYZICA on the vocals, the entire vibe is a great combination of throwback sounds and modern production. Very much like a La Roux tune, this track shows that perhaps the world will see a shift back towards indie-fused electronic music.
