You might not know his name, but you probably know his future bass remix of Diplo’s “Revolution” which has garnered over 25 million plays online. The name is Unlike Pluto, and his classical music background combined with an upbringing in Atlanta has helped create the swooning down tempo trap artist that he is today. With releases on Monstercat and Mad Decent, Unlike Pluto is sure to skyrocket in popularity in the next year.
His latest release “Found You” is the third track in a trilogy, following behind “Waiting For You,” and “Searching For You.” Vocals provided by Michelle Buzz drive the track from the cinematic beginning, to the soft build up, and straight into the trap chorus with echoing long notes. Hints of the producer’s classical background seep through this song’s outer shell of production with bits of piano and string instruments hidden below. “Found You,” is a haunting melodic trap ballad that closes the book on Unlike Pluto’s trio.
