Dash Berlin - 'Heaven'After leaving crowds in a buzz for over a year, one of Dash Berlin’s hit festival ID’s finally saw its release this past week. The track, ‘Heaven’, first rose to prominence in the mid 1980’s when it was released on the Bryan Adams album, ‘Reckless’ peaking at number 1 and going gold in Canada. Fast forward 16 years and you’ll find DJ Sammy and DJ Yanou record a Dance edit with Dutch Songstress Do, peaking at #1 in the UK and revitalizing the song’s popularity across Europe and the United States.

Fast forward again, this time to 2016, and ‘Heaven’ is making the rounds on the festival circuit with regularity. Up until this week the edit was labeled an ID when Dash Berlin came out with an official release via Armada Music. The Dash Berlin edit sees Dutch vocalist Do return to a modernized version of the track primed for the main stage with clashing cymbals and uplifting synth melodies galore.
