Remaining as busy as ever, the Pioneer technology company has continued to roll out products in 2017 with little signs of slowing down.

Since its release a few years ago, the Pioneer XDJ-RX had been a popular choice for newcomers and veterans alike making a quality mixer affordable to newer artists and a more travel-friendly product for touring DJ’s.

The latest offering, the Pioneer XDJ-RX2, follows in the footsteps of the XDJ-RX and keeps up with the current trends of more affordable and compact products.

The XDJ-RX2 features a large, 7 inch touch screen with QWERTY search and includes dual, detailed waveform display for peaks and breakdowns. The mixer features multi-colored performance pads for various loops and hot cues and features faders and knobs that are the equivalent to those found on the DJM-900NXS2. In addition, the RX2 supports both USB’s and direct laptop connectivity with a license key for Recordbox DJ coming along, as per usual.

The XDJ-RX2 starts at around $1,699.
